Hi, I’m Gretchen Daniel, the heart and hands behind The Chateau Collection. I live in the charming town of Chardon, Ohio, where I create timeless, handcrafted linens for those who love to gather, celebrate, and make everyday moments special.
I launched The Chateau Collection in 2021—at a time when the world needed more beauty, warmth, and inspiration at home. With a background in interior design, my passion has always been crafting spaces and pieces that feel both intentional and inviting.
Linen has long been my favorite textile to work with—its natural elegance, durability, and sustainability make it a perfect choice for both everyday living and special occasions. I love that it’s an eco-friendly fabric that only gets softer with time, making it a meaningful investment in both style and sustainability.

I love my lavender eye pillow!! It feels like I’m giving a spa gift to myself every night. It’s just the perfect amount of weight to stay put, but not so much that it causes undo pressure. And the smell! Ahhhh…lovely, relaxing, dreaming-about-the-French-countryside lavender.
